Arrange 12 vehicle parking spots for people
" Hanoi Art Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long" will officially take place for 15 minutes, starting at 11:30 p.m. on February 9 (ie December 30, the year of the Dragon).
To ensure the program runs smoothly and serve people conveniently on New Year's Eve, the organizing committee coordinated with Tay Ho District Police and other units to arrange 15 parking spots for cars and motorbikes.
There are 3 parking spots for the organizers, volunteers, VIP attendees and sponsors' guests, at the following addresses:
1. Chu Van An Primary School (area for organizers and volunteers)
2. In front of the lobby of the Ministry of National Defense guest house (area for VIP guests attending the program)
3. Next to the Ministry of Defense guest house (guest area of the sponsoring unit)

1. Under Hoang Hoa Tham overpass
2. Branch C and branch D, Tam Da slope
3. Lane 152 Thuy Khue area
4. Chu Van An A Primary School
5. Lane 128 Thuy Khue
6. Ly Tu Trong Flower Garden

8. Opposite Thu Cuc Hospital
9. In the yard of Dong Thai Secondary School or at the end of Vong Thi Street (next to Tinh Lau Pagoda)
10. End of lane 45 Vong Thi (next to Vong Thi communal house)

12. Van Cao Street and inside Quan Ngua Sports Palace
