A driver on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway posted a clip online of an Audi car swerving, weaving, and squeezing another vehicle going in the same direction, causing public outrage.

From information on social networks, Director of the Traffic Police Department, Major General Do Thanh Binh directed the traffic police force on the route to search and strictly handle the case.

After searching, at 10:00 p.m. on July 23, the authorities found the owner of the car.

Initially, the police clarified that at 6 p.m. on July 23, Vu Xuan B. (born in 1997, residing in Hai Phong City) drove a car with license plate 30M 000.26, weaving and squeezing other vehicles going in the same direction, showing signs of disturbing public order on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway. The test results showed that B. tested positive for drugs.

The case is being completed by the traffic police and handed over to Lao Cai province authorities for handling according to their authority.
