Temporarily suspend 2 vehicle inspection centers in Hai Duong

On the morning of September 27, information from the leaders of the Department of Transport of Hai Duong province said that the unit has just issued a decision to temporarily suspend the operations of two motor vehicle inspection centers, 34-04D and 34-05D.

The reason is that these two inspection centers violated the provisions at Point d, Clause 10, Article 1 of Decree No. 30/2023/ND-CP dated June 8, 2023 of the Government .

Vehicle Inspection Center 34-04D (address in Kim Xuyen commune, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province).

Accordingly, the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-04D (located in Quynh Khe village, Kim Xuyen commune, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province) was temporarily suspended for 3 months, from September 26 to December 25, 2024.

According to the decision, the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-04D must stop all motor vehicle inspection activities during the period of temporary suspension as prescribed in Article 1; Send a written notice of the plan to resume operations to the Hai Duong Department of Transport and the Vietnam Register no later than 3 days before the expiration date of the temporary suspension.

Head of the Department of Transport, Vehicle and Driver Management, Director of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-04D and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing the decision.

Similarly, the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-05D (located at Sub-area 2 - New Urban Area South of Hai Duong City, Lien Hong Commune, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province) was temporarily suspended for 3 months, from September 26 to December 25, 2024.
