Free cancer screening for 255 women in border areas.

On September 10th and 11th, the Kien Giang Association for the Support of Poor Patients, in coordination with the Provincial Women's Union and the An Giang Provincial Center for Disease Control, organized free cancer screening for disadvantaged women in Giang Thanh and Vinh Dieu communes.

Women in Giang Thanh commune go through the procedures for medical examination.

Doctors and medical staff examined and performed necessary tests for 255 women in the two communes of Giang Thanh and Vinh Dieu.

The organizers also incorporated advice on disease prevention, encouraged women to proactively undergo regular health check-ups, and provided guidance on proper nutrition and building a scientific and healthy lifestyle.

This is a meaningful activity that helps women in border areas, especially those in difficult circumstances, access healthcare services and health screenings.
