Skills training for nearly 600 teachers in charge of the Youth Union.

DNO - On the morning of September 18th, at the Da Nang Children's Palace, the Da Nang City Youth Union Council held the opening ceremony of a training program on skills and professional expertise for teachers serving as Head of the Youth Union for the 2025-2026 school year.

The program will take place in two phases, phase 1 on September 18th and 19th, and phase 2 on September 22nd and 23rd.

Teachers in charge of primary and secondary school youth organizations in the city received training in skills related to caring for and educating children and teenagers; skills in managing and organizing activities at the grassroots level; and skills in applying digital transformation tools to support youth organization activities in schools.

In addition, the team leaders were instructed on several key topics regarding the children's drum and brass band formations at the school level; the rituals and ceremonies of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization; and the prescribed group dances and folk dances for each school year…

According to Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Kim Thuong, this is an annual activity that helps the team of youth leaders improve their capacity, refresh their organizational thinking, and inspire them in the work of caring for and educating children; contributing to building a strong Youth Union organization and a children's movement that is increasingly developing and in line with the needs of the new situation.

On this occasion, the City Youth Union and the City Children's Council awarded certificates of merit and commendations from the Central Youth Union and the Central Children's Council to collectives and individuals who have achieved outstanding results in the work of the Children's Council and the children's movement in the 2024-2025 school year.
