Visit and give gifts to village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious elderly people among ethnic minorities

On the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons (October 1), on the morning of September 27, comrade Dang Anh Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, visited and presented gifts to village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious elderly people among ethnic minorities in Yen Son ward.

Comrade Dang Anh Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tan, 78 years old, a prestigious elderly person in Dong Thanh residential group, Yen Son ward.

Also attending were representatives of specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders of Yen Son ward.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Bui Hong Thang, 73 years old, a prestigious elderly person, a good producer and businessman in An Ngai residential group; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tan, 78 years old, a prestigious elderly person in Dong Thanh residential group; and Mr. Nguyen Van Vien, 63 years old, Party Cell Secretary of Khanh Ninh residential group.

Yen Son ward leaders presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Van Vien, 63 years old, Secretary of Khanh Ninh residential group Party cell, Yen Son ward.

At the places visited, Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, expressed his respect and acknowledged the great contributions of village elders, village chiefs, and the elderly to the cause of national construction and defense and local development. He hoped that village elders, village chiefs, and the elderly would continue to promote their prestige and experience, becoming an important bridge between the Party Committee, the government, and the people; actively propagandize and mobilize people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; and at the same time be a shining example to encourage their children and grandchildren to participate in economic development, Party building, ensuring national defense and security, and preserving the great national unity bloc.

On this occasion, the leaders of Yen Son ward also visited and presented gifts to village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious elderly people in the ethnic minority area.
