Compete to improve the quality of strategic advice on Party supervision and discipline

On October 27, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission organized the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress (2020-2025 period).

Chairing the Congress, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc commended the comprehensive results that the Agency's patriotic emulation movement has achieved over the past 5 years.

Notably, the Agency has proactively advised the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat to issue 44 regulations, procedures, conclusions, and documents related to inspection and supervision work, which are an important basis for synchronous and unified implementation of inspection, supervision, and party discipline enforcement from the Central to the grassroots levels; proactively concretized and issued 32 documents, regulations, plans, and instructions to deploy to Party committees and inspection committees of localities and units.

The agency has proactively implemented and directed Party committees and Inspection Committees of localities and units to actively and resolutely take action, effectively coordinate with competent authorities to inspect and promptly and strictly handle Party organizations and Party members who have violated in complicated cases and incidents that are of special concern to public opinion.

In addition, the Agency advised the Politburo and Secretariat to establish 60 inspection teams led by Politburo and Secretariat members to inspect 172 party organizations.

Notably, in 2025, for the first time, the Politburo and the Secretariat simultaneously deployed 19 inspection teams for 69 Party committees directly under the Central Committee in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of 4 key topics and major policies of the Party right from the time they were issued.

This is a large-scale, nationwide inspection program with a large, unprecedented workload and urgent completion time, but it has been vigorously implemented and completed in March 2025.

Despite the large workload, high quality and progress requirements, cadres, civil servants and workers have united, made efforts, completed and exceeded many tasks; thereby, contributed to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the Central Inspection Commission with many outstanding marks, Chairman Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized.

According to Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc, in the context of the country entering a new era, facing many great opportunities and chances, but also full of difficulties and challenges, the patriotic emulation movement of the Agency needs to continue to innovate more strongly, practically and effectively, closely linked with political tasks, considering emulation as both a spiritual driving force and a method to improve work efficiency, creating motivation to overcome all difficulties, and excellently fulfill the important responsibilities assigned by the Party, State and people.

To improve the quality of the patriotic emulation movement for the 2025 - 2030 period of the Central Inspection Commission, Chairman Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized 6 key points in this movement.

In which, there is a deep understanding of President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulation ideology and emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and Heads of Agencies.

Thereby, creating a clear change in awareness and action; competing to improve the quality of strategic advisory work on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; strengthening inspection and supervision; promptly detecting, preventing, preventing and warning of violations and shortcomings, especially in the process of implementing the Party's major policies and decisions on national development in recent times.

The report at the Congress also showed that in the 2025-2030 period, the Central Inspection Commission set goals and directions to continue promoting and innovating content, forms and methods to improve the quality of emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2025-2030 term.

In which, there are main targets such as all cadres, civil servants and employees in the Agency are disseminated, studied and thoroughly grasped the directives and regulations of the Party and the laws of the State on emulation and reward work; 100% of departments and units in the Agency actively respond to emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and the Head of the Agency; every year, all cadres, civil servants and employees complete their tasks well, achieving the title of "Advanced Laborer"...

At the Congress, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc awarded the First and Second Class Labor Medals of the President to individuals with outstanding achievements./.
