In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today, October 3, 2024, increased in some places and traded in the range of 64,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the market price of live pigs in the North recorded a slight increase in Thai Nguyen and Bac Giang, returning to the mark of 69,000 VND/kg, the same price as the provinces of Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh and Hanoi. This is also the highest price in the country.

The remaining provinces such as Yen Bai , Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh..., traded at 68,000 VND/kg.

Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region

In this area, the price of live pigs today also adjusted up in Thanh Hoa, up to 68,000 VND/kg and the price in this area fluctuated between 64,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.

On the other hand, traders in Ninh Thuan and Thua Thien Hue are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, which is the lowest price in the region.

In the remaining provinces and cities in the region, traders are purchasing at around 65,000 - 67,000 VND/kg.

The Central Highlands region fluctuates in price range of 64,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today continues to increase, following a general trend of stability and fluctuating between 64,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.
