The digital content creation market in Vietnam is growing stronger and stronger, requiring an abundant human resource.

In 2022, the number of Vietnamese people making money from social networking platforms will reach 20,000 people, bringing in foreign currency revenue of 800 million USD, equivalent to about 1,500 billion VND. This number will certainly increase by now. The Vietnamese digital content creation market is growing stronger and stronger, requiring an abundant human resource.
A company specializing in providing communication and marketing services. The company needs creative digital content personnel in two areas: one is creative personnel within the company to participate in idea generation and design for communication campaigns, the other is digital content creators selected to cooperate for each specific campaign. For each campaign, they need from 30 - 50, even 100 content creators.
Ms. Le Hong Tham - Director of Real Up Media Company - said: "Content creation is an extremely important job because they are the ones who create messages and help distribute brand messages to consumers. This is a position that determines the influence of brands and communications on social networks".
Market demands are fertile ground for Vietnamese digital content creators. Movies, animations, online music , online games, audiobooks, comics, photos, content design, online education, etc. are promising fields in the digital content industry. Vietnam also has digital creative enterprises with business scale and product value reaching the world.
Mr. Vu Kiem Van - Vice President, General Secretary of Vietnam Digital Communications Association - said: "There are more and more content creators, from individuals to organizations. Especially, there are many businesses with market value of hundreds of millions of USD in the field of digital creativity. The number of well-trained people participating in this field is increasing. From fine arts, directing, multimedia, graphics, artificial intelligence...".
2024 is also the second year that the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards will be held. After season 1, up to now, although the deadline has not yet come, the quantity and quality of the entries have shown superiority compared to the first year. This shows that Vietnamese digital content creators are increasingly growing in both scale and potential.
