Major General Dinh Van Noi receives new assignment.

On August 12th in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police and the Personnel and Organization Department of the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding the transfer of Major General Dinh Van Noi, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to assume the position of Director of the Internal Political Security Department of the Ministry of Public Security.

Major General Dinh Van Noi has been assigned a new role.

At the ceremony, a representative from the Personnel Department announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer Major General Dinh Van Noi (born in 1976, from Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City), Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to assume the position of Director of the Internal Political Security Department, Ministry of Public Security; and to transfer Colonel Tran Van Phuc (born in 1978, from Dong Anh District, Hanoi City), Director of the Thai Binh Provincial Police, to assume the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, congratulated Major General Dinh Van Noi and Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being entrusted with new assignments by the Ministry of Public Security. Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam acknowledged Major General Dinh Van Noi's achievements in the past, which have made a positive contribution to ensuring political security and social order in localities.

Previously, on August 31, 2022, in Ha Long City, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel matters at the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department.

At the ceremony, Major General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding the transfer of Colonel Dinh Van Noi to take up the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department from September 1, 2022.
