The weather forecast for various regions across the country on the night of December 11th and the day of December 12th is as follows:

In Hanoi, the lowest temperature will be 19-21 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 24-26 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered rain; it will be cold at night.

In Northwest Vietnam, the lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius, with some areas below 14 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, with some areas above 25 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered rain; it will be cold at night and in the morning, with some areas experiencing intense cold.

In the Northeast region, the lowest temperature will be 18-21 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas experiencing temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 25 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered rain; it will be cold at night and in the morning, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.

From Thanh Hoa to Hue, the lowest temperature will be 19-22 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 25 degrees Celsius. The northern areas will experience scattered rain; the southern areas will have scattered rain and showers, with thunderstorms in some places. Winds will be from the north to northwest at speeds of 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

In the South Central Coastal region, the lowest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 28-31 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 31 degrees Celsius. The northern part will be cloudy with scattered rain and showers, and some thunderstorms; the southern part will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

In the Central Highlands, the lowest temperature will be 18-21 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 27-30 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

In the Southern region, the lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 29-32 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the lowest temperature will be 24-26 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 30-32 degrees Celsius. There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3; during thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

Forecast for the night of December 11th and the day of December 12th: In the eastern part of the North East Sea (including the eastern part of the Hoang Sa Special Administrative Region), strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, are expected; the sea will be rough with waves 2.0 - 4.0m high.

Additionally, during the same period, the sea area from Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms; during thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind at level 6-7.

Warning: On the night of December 12th and the morning of December 13th, the eastern part of the North East Sea (including the eastern part of the Hoang Sa Special Administrative Region) will continue to experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with waves 2.0 - 4.0m high and rough seas.

From noon and afternoon of December 13th, the Gulf of Tonkin will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 7, sometimes force 8, gusting to force 9; the sea will be rough, with waves 2.0 - 4.0m high.

In the northern South China Sea (including the Paracel Islands), the northeast wind is gradually strengthening to force 7-8, gusting to force 9-10; the sea is rough, with waves 4.0 - 6.0m high.

On the evening of December 13th, the sea area from southern Quang Tri to Da Nang and the northern part of the central East Sea experienced strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas and waves 3.0 - 5.0m high.

The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 5, sometimes force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas; waves will be 2.0 - 4.0m high.

All vessels operating in the aforementioned sea areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and high waves.
