According to forecasts, Hanoi has a high chance of rain on the day of the A80 dress rehearsal:
Morning: Showers and thunderstorms are possible, with a 60-70% probability, and temperatures ranging from 26-31°C.
Afternoon: Moderate to heavy rain, 70-80% probability, temperature 26-27°C.
Nighttime: Moderate to heavy rain with thunderstorms, 70-80% probability, temperature 24-25°C.
People attending and watching parades and marches should bring raincoats and other protective items to avoid health problems.

The meteorological center forecasts that from the evening of August 29th to August 31st:
Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: heavy to very heavy rain, total rainfall 150-350 mm, localized rainfall over 600 mm.
Northern Midlands, Northern Delta and Da Nang : commonly 100-200 mm, locally over 400 mm.
Heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas, and industrial zones, while also posing a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas and on slopes.
