Specifically, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issued decisions No. 852, 853, and 855/QD-LĐTBXH revoking the licenses for providing overseas employment services under contract for three enterprises: Dong Do International Training Co., Ltd.; Vinaconex Saigon Joint Stock Company; and Hoang Gia Long International Joint Stock Company.
According to the conclusions of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the reason for revoking the licenses of these three enterprises is that they did not meet the conditions regarding deposit money, number of professional staff, facilities and electronic information as stipulated in the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract.

To ensure the rights of workers, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs requires these companies, even after ceasing operations, to continue fulfilling their obligations under valid labor supply contracts and overseas employment contracts.
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs also informed relevant agencies to coordinate in the state management of Vietnamese workers going to work abroad under contract.
