
The delegation included comrades: Tran Van Son, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Minister and Head of the Government Office ; Nguyen Van Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Minister of Transport. Representing Dien Bien province were comrades: Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of provincial departments and agencies.
Offering incense at the Dien Bien Phu Martyrs' Memorial Temple and the A1 Martyrs' Cemetery, the Prime Minister and the delegation expressed their profound gratitude to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation who selflessly sacrificed their lives and blood for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. The noble sacrifices of these heroic martyrs led to the glorious Dien Bien Phu victory, "renowned throughout the world," allowing the homeland to develop and the people's lives to become increasingly prosperous and happy today.

Before the spirits of the martyrs, the delegates pledged to unite, strive to cultivate revolutionary ethics, continuously learn, work hard to protect the achievements of the revolution, and be dynamic and creative in building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
