Many initiatives from ordinary people
At the forum, many typical individuals shared valuable and unique initiatives.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ly, 27 years old, a worker at Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared the process of inventing AI camera monitoring software to detect defective products, helping to check faster and more accurately than the naked eye, cutting down on 12 manual workers and saving about 1.8 billion VND for the business.
From a female worker who was not familiar with AI, Ms. Ly overcame many obstacles to realize the project, demonstrating creative power and perseverance in production.

Ms. Bach Le Ngoc Chau, a worker at Saigon Stec Company Limited, left her poor hometown in An Giang to start a business in Binh Duong (now Ho Chi Minh City), and was promoted from a production position to the technical department.
With the desire to increase the rate of successful products and save time, she researched new materials and persistently persuaded them to apply them, and together with her colleagues, created 5 initiatives that brought benefits of 350 billion VND to the business.
She suggested that employers create an environment and listen to even the smallest creative ideas from workers, while creating learning conditions to stimulate workers' creative thinking.
Ms. Chau suggested that it is necessary to include in the collective labor agreement that workers receive a percentage of profits to encourage creative passion.
