Nutritionist Amy Gorin (working in the US) said that people with sore throats should prioritize drinking warm water, because it has a soothing effect, as well as reduces the uncomfortable burning pain in the throat, according to Insider news site.
The female expert also suggests some warm drinks to help your throat feel better when you are sick.
