On the afternoon of March 12, under the chairmanship of comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council was held to give opinions on the proposed agenda of the 18th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026 and many other important contents.

The 18th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council (special session) was held on the afternoon of March 14, 2024 at the meeting room of the Provincial Party Committee. At the session, the Provincial People's Council delegates will listen to, discuss, consider and pass resolutions on 40 submissions of the Provincial People's Committee, in order to create conditions for socio -economic development and ensure national defense and security of the province. These include important contents such as detailed allocation of the medium-term public investment plan for investment in the local budget balance for the period 2021-2025 to carry out site clearance and resettlement work (phase 2); Detailed allocation plan for the medium-term public investment plan for investment capital in the local budget balance for the period 2021-2025 to carry out planning tasks (phase 4); Detailed plan for allocating investment capital in the local budget balance, investment capital from land use fee revenue regulated to the provincial budget in 2024 for planning tasks (phase 2); Detailed plan for adjusting and allocating the medium-term public investment plan from the central budget (reserve mobilization capital) and capital for increasing revenue and saving provincial budget expenditures for the period 2021-2025, Thanh Hoa province in Resolution No. 426/NQ-HDND dated September 29, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council (phase 2)...

In his concluding remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Do Trong Hung stated: The 18th session is a thematic session to resolve a large volume of work, aiming to resolve arising issues submitted by the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial People's Council for comments to meet the socio-economic development requirements of the province and localities in the coming time.

Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Do Trong Hung delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the preparation work of the Provincial People's Committee for the contents of the submission and assigned the Provincial People's Council Committees to promptly complete the contents of the verification reports to present at the meeting. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council proactively coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to carefully and thoroughly prepare the conditions for the meeting to take place successfully.

Immediately after the meeting, comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation to give directions on the plan to organize a session to explain the implementation of legal regulations on the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practices in the province in the period of 2021-2023; the plan to organize a conference to exchange operational experiences of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council and the Hua Phan Provincial People's Council, Lao PDR, in 2024.

Comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the conference of the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Do Trong Hung proposed that for the explanation session on the implementation of legal regulations on the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice in the province in the period of 2021-2023, it is necessary to organize the conference in the form of direct and online conference to 27 districts, towns and cities. The organization of the explanation session needs to clarify the legal regulations on the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice... Along with that, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of relevant levels, sectors, organizations and individuals in the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice in the province.

Through the conference, it is necessary to overcome the shortcomings and limitations in the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice, thereby improving the quality, efficiency, and state management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice. The conference is expected to be held in mid-May 2024.

Regarding the organization of the conference to exchange operational experiences of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province and the People's Council of Hua Phan province, Lao PDR, in 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Do Trong Hung basically agreed with the plan presented by the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council and proposed that it is necessary to carry out the preparation work carefully, in order to strengthen the friendship and special solidarity between the two provinces of Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan.
