At 2:45 a.m. on September 24, 2024, at km77+300 of National Highway 5, in Kim Lien Commune (Kim Thanh), a suspected traffic accident occurred, causing the death of Mr. Thao Mi Po (born in 1987 in Thai Phin Tung Commune, Dong Van District, Ha Giang Province, temporarily residing in Le Thien Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City).
To serve the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency of Kim Thanh District Police is looking for people, related vehicles or having dash cams recording the incident to provide to the Investigation Police Agency, Kim Thanh District Police at phone number 0913.529.658 for verification and settlement according to regulations.
