At 2:45 AM on September 24, 2024, at kilometer 77+300 on National Highway 5, in Kim Lien commune (Kim Thanh district), a suspected traffic accident occurred resulting in the death of Mr. Thao Mi Po (born in 1987 in Thai Phin Tung commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province, temporarily residing in Le Thien commune, An Duong district, Hai Phong city).
To assist in the investigation, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Kim Thanh District Police is seeking individuals and vehicles involved, or any dashcam footage recording the incident, to provide to the Criminal Investigation Agency of Kim Thanh District Police at the phone number 0913.529.658 for verification and resolution according to regulations.
