The event will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party for the 2025-2030 term.

To ensure thorough preparation, quality, and success for this important event, the Prime Minister requests: Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, chairmen of boards of directors, and general directors of corporations and general companies to urgently direct their agencies, units, investors, project management boards, contractors, etc., to focus all resources and strive to accelerate and further break through the construction progress of projects and works under their respective sectors, agencies, units, and localities; We call upon all officials, civil servants, workers in ministries, departments, localities, investors, contractors, consulting units, and construction site workers to uphold the spirit of "overcoming the sun, conquering the rain, not losing to storms and strong winds," working "3 shifts, 4 teams," "eating quickly, sleeping urgently," "working day and night, working on holidays," "working throughout holidays, festivals, and Tet"... to quickly bring projects into operation and ensure quality.
