People live, study and work in many fields, contributing to building the image of Vietnamese people as hard-working, intelligent, benevolent, law-abiding, respected and highly appreciated by the host society. Vietnam is currently one of four countries in Finland's talent attraction policy.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Finland has continuously made efforts to actively and comprehensively implement all aspects of foreign affairs, closely coordinating with partner agencies to promote political , economic, educational, scientific and technological cooperation and people-to-people exchange, contributing to the development of the relationship between the two countries in a practical, effective and sustainable manner.

Speaking at the meeting, Vietnamese Ambassador to Denmark Nguyen Le Thanh said that pioneering countries in innovation, green technology and sustainability like Denmark see in Vietnam a similar development vision, an ideal "gateway" to expand the green cooperation chain, a strategic, trustworthy and courageous partner for long-term cooperation and at new heights.
To take advantage of Denmark’s strengths, Ambassador Nguyen Le Thanh recommended researching and creating a “closed human resource cycle”, starting with training highly skilled Vietnamese workers according to Danish standards in industries where they are in shortage, such as nursing, green industrial workers and clean agriculture. This source of human resources will not only help solve Denmark’s labor shortage problem, but also help Vietnamese workers improve their skills and accumulate international experience. When they return, they will become core experts bringing capital, technology and industrial style, creating added value for the Vietnamese economy.
According to Ambassador Nguyen Le Thanh, it is necessary to research and develop a strategic consulting cooperation program so that Danish experts can advise Vietnam on building foundational data sets and overall designs for digital transformation, ensuring high connectivity and usability. Thereby, helping Vietnam save time, resources and get on the right track from the beginning to successfully build a digital government and a data economy. Establish a group of consulting experts, cooperate with relevant domestic ministries and branches to transfer experience in planning, technology and building a policy ecosystem, helping Vietnam move faster on the path to achieving the Net Zero goal. The Embassy of Denmark will continue to be a close and effective bridge between the two countries.
