On the occasion of the 606th anniversary of Lam Son Uprising (1418-2024), the 596th anniversary of King Le Thai To's coronation (1428-2024) and the 591st anniversary of the death of National Hero Le Loi (1433-2024), on the morning of September 20 (ie August 18, Giap Thin year), Thanh Hoa City held an incense offering ceremony at the Thai Mieu of the Later Le Dynasty and the Monument of National Hero Le Loi.

Delegates offered incense to commemorate the great contributions of National Hero Le Loi and to show gratitude to the ancestors at the Temple of the Later Le Dynasty.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Le Anh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City; Dau Thanh Tung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, City Fatherland Front Committee and a large number of officials and people of Thanh Hoa City.

Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, offered incense at the Temple of the Later Le Dynasty.
The Lam Son uprising initiated and led by King Le Loi of Binh Dinh took place in the spring of Mau Tuat year 1418 in Lam Son mountain forest. After 10 years of "tasting honey and lying on thorns" and fighting extremely arduously, the uprising ended in victory at the end of 1427, ending 20 years of the most brutal domination of the Ming Dynasty in our country.

Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City offered incense at the Temple of the Later Le Dynasty.
On April 15, 1428, Le Loi ascended the throne as Emperor in Dong Do (Thang Long - Hanoi ), took the reign name Thuan Thien, named the country Dai Viet, and opened the most prosperous dynasty in the feudal history of Vietnam.

After 5 years on the throne, Emperor Le Loi fell ill and passed away in 1433. Although he passed away nearly 6 centuries ago, the lessons about national solidarity, taking the people as the root, using humanity to overcome cruelty... of National Hero Le Loi still have value today.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates offered incense and flowers to express their respect and gratitude for the merits of Emperor Le Loi - who made Vietnam famous as well as the land of Thanh Hoa, a land of talented people; and to express their gratitude for the great contributions of the generals, soldiers, Lam Son insurgents and predecessors who had contributed to protecting and building the country.

With the spirit of solidarity and high determination, the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Hoa City vow to promote the heroic tradition of the nation, Lam Son spirit, proactively and creatively implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 21st City Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
