Dai An Commune is located in the Southwest Delta, along the Hau River. The Nguyen Van Pho Canal flows through the commune. This is a locality with a large population of Khmer people from the South. The Hoa ethnic group has 81 households with 208 people, accounting for 0.92% of the population. The rest are a small number of Nung ethnic groups.
