Over the past time, the Department of Science and Technology has always accompanied the business community and cooperatives in applying science and technology into practice. One of the important contents is to equip basic knowledge and skills in using AI in marketing, sales, customer care, and digital content development; enhance digital technology capacity for businesses and cooperatives in the province; create a premise for forming a network of businesses that proactively apply AI in the process of successful and sustainable digital transformation.

Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Ngoc Lan affirmed: In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution taking place strongly, artificial intelligence (AI) is opening a new era for production, business and corporate governance activities.

This technology not only helps automate processes, but also creates outstanding opportunities in approaching customers, analyzing markets, building brands and improving labor productivity. For small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, especially in localities that still face many difficulties such as Quang Tri, AI is not a science fiction concept but has become a practical, accessible tool if we know how to exploit it creatively and strategically.

Since launching the "Digital Literacy for the People" movement, the Department of Science and Technology has organized 2 training sessions on AI and ChatGPT application for leaders of departments, branches, sectors, organizations of the province, cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, workers, representatives of leaders of the Provincial Business Association; Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association; postal and telecommunications enterprises: VNPT, Viettel, Mobifone and Provincial Post Office; enterprises, cooperatives; reporters of central and local press agencies in the province... with a total of nearly 21,000 participants.

The training courses equipped students with an overview of AI and its applications in modern businesses; shared experiences in applying AI - ChatGPT, a popular AI tool that helps optimize marketing, sales and customer care; and provided guidance on building a content strategy using ChatGPT, helping to save 80% of content production time.

Apply AI to create automated sales funnels, personalized customer care and increase digital conversion. Optimize advertising costs, analyze customer behavior and predict sales with AI. Practice directly with AI applications such as: creating sales scenarios; taking care of and persuading customers via AI. Establish effective business operations with smart automation tools.

Director of Minh Quang Printing and General Services Company Limited, Dong Ha City, Vo Thi Nu said: “Attending the training course, I was equipped with practical knowledge and tools to apply artificial intelligence to marketing - sales and business operations; guided businesses to create “million view” marketing content in just a few minutes using the ChatGPT tool; guided on strategies to build automatic sales funnels using AI; guided on doubling the performance of the business's marketing - sales staff.”

Continuing to respond to the “Digital Education for the People” movement, the training courses have equipped the business community in Quang Tri province with practical knowledge and breakthrough tools to increase sales, optimize marketing and successfully transform digitally using AI. From there, it has contributed to creating a solid foundation for the “Digital Education for the People” movement to spread widely, becoming a breakthrough in raising awareness and digital skills for businesses in Quang Tri province.

In the coming time, the Department of Science and Technology will continue to promote training to popularize knowledge about AI and ChatGPT to many subjects in the province. The Department of Science and Technology will continue to provide technical support, connect experts, and build programs to support innovation and digital transformation suitable to the needs of each group of subjects.

At the same time, many solutions are deployed to expand the subjects in the whole society to benefit from the Party and State's policies and guidelines on digital transformation, promote the rapid development of conditions for successfully building digital citizens to serve the construction of digital government, digital administration, and move towards a sustainable development of digital society.
