This morning, July 19th, in Vinh Linh district, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province, the Hoa Chia Se Charity Fund, and the Nhan Dan Newspaper jointly organized a program to award scholarships and bicycles to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have excelled in their studies. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Dinh Nhu Hoan, and Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Newspaper, Truong Duc Minh Tu, attended the program.

At the event, 110 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, and 20 bicycles, each worth nearly 2.5 million VND, were awarded to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have excelled in their studies in 18 communes and towns of Vinh Linh district.
The program's funding was provided by Nhan Dan Newspaper, Dau Tu Newspaper, the 315 Healthcare System, and the Hoa Charity Fund. These meaningful gifts contribute to motivating and encouraging poor and disadvantaged students to strive for excellence in their studies.
On this occasion, Vinh Linh district received an additional 100 million VND from the Scholarship for Vietnamese Children; Ho Xa town received 300 million VND from the Thien Tam Fund, the Vietnamese Seed Fund, and the Nhan Dan Newspaper.
