Awarding ceremony of phase 1 of the contest "Learning about the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital"

The Organizing Committee of the contest said that the first phase with the theme "Towards Hanoi ", from May 1 to 11pm on May 31, the contest took place enthusiastically, attracting 433,641 contestants. Many units actively implemented the contest and attracted many contestants to participate such as: Quoc Oai district (64,217 contestants); Hoan Kiem district (27,833 contestants); Son Tay town (21,801 contestants); Hanoi Youth Union (19,634 contestants)...

The first phase of the contest's questions, which revolved around the historical period from the founding of the City Party Committee to the Liberation Day of the Capital, were highly appreciated by contestants for their knowledge, diversity in the way questions were asked, and providing a lot of useful information about the history of the construction and development of the Capital.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded the First, Second, Third, and Encouragement prizes in phase 1 to the 4 best contestants. These are also the first 4 contestants out of the 16 best contestants in the preliminary round who will participate in the Final Round of the contest, scheduled to be held in August 2024.

The Organizing Committee also awarded a special prize to Quoc Oai district, the unit with the largest number of contestants in phase 1 of the contest, with 64,217 contestants.

Speaking at the program, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hanoi Party Committee Dao Xuan Dung said that the contest received the response of many classes of people in the capital as well as spread to people across the country. The contest attracted many contestants from other provinces and cities to participate and win high prizes such as Can Tho , Soc Trang...
