Opening of the product promotion and investment connection festival in Hanoi

Kinhtedothi - On November 17, at Hanoi Museum (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi), Hanoi Youth Union organized "Product Promotion and Investment Connection Festival; Semi-final of the 7th Global Vietnamese Startup Challenge".

Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung said that this is one of the activities to implement the plan to implement Program No. 07/CTr-TU of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee on "Promoting the development of science , technology and innovation in Hanoi for the period 2021-2025" of the Capital Youth Union.

The product promotion and investment connection festival is also one of the key activities to promote the spirit of innovation, science and technology development, digital transformation and the development of the startup and innovation ecosystem in Hanoi.

With the participation of outstanding projects, startup ideas, innovations and digital transformations displayed and introduced at the festival. This is an opportunity for exchange and cooperation between startups with investors and experts in many fields.

At the same time, it is an opportunity to promote the connection of the open innovation startup ecosystem, connect the subjects; promote science and technology products, services and key products, connect products to consumers, managers, scientists, and the business community, contributing to promoting development, expanding the market, and orienting the development of products and services of startup enterprises in the coming time; support the development of the science and technology market of Hanoi City.

The 7th Global Vietnamese Startup Challenge of the teams

Within the framework of the program, the Semi-final Round of the 7th Global Vietnamese Startup Challenge took place.

After 2 months of launching the contest, it has attracted nearly 2,000 projects from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and localities in the United States, China, Singapore, England, and Australia to register to participate in the contest.

After 2 selection rounds (document round and Pitching top 55 round), 35 teams with potential projects entered the semi-finals to continue selecting the 10 best teams to participate in the final round scheduled to be held on December 7, 2024 at Hanoi Youth Palace (Tran Binh Trong, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi).
