On the morning of September 19, the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee organized the final round and awarded prizes for the contest "City citizens with the cultural journey of Ho Chi Minh City" in 2023.

The contest aims to concretize the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on building and promoting cultural values, the strength of the Vietnamese people, arousing the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country; resolutions, directives, conclusions, and documents of the Party in the fields of culture and arts; Resolution of the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress on "building a healthy cultural environment, forming a Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space". From there, widely propagate among the people the policies, resolutions, directives, conclusions, and documents of the Party in the fields of culture and arts and the Resolution of the 11th City Party Congress on "building a healthy cultural environment, forming a Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in the city named after Uncle Ho".
