The exhibition introduces 70 paintings, graphics, and sculptures selected from the modern art collection of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, with diverse materials and rich visual language, vividly and realistically expressing the vitality and rise of the Capital and the trust of the people of the whole country for Hanoi .

Among them, there are many works by famous artists such as: "Capturing the Northern Palace" (Tran Dinh Tho), "Nga Tu So Citadel" (Nguyen Van Ty), "Hanoi in 1947" (Cong Van Trung), "Capital of Resistance" (Nguyen Quang Phong), "Hanoi on Liberation Night" (Le Thanh Duc), "Joy of Liberation" (artist Tran Khanh Chuong), "Gia Ngu Street" (Bui Xuan Phai), "Uncle Ho with Gia Lam Railway Workers" (Pham Van Lung)...

In particular, the exhibition combines traditional displays and the application of modern digital projection technology, as well as woodblock printing to bring an engaging experience to art lovers.

Within the framework of the exhibition, on October 12, there will be an art talk show with the theme "Famous painter Nguyen Tu Nghiem - the person who connects traditional aesthetic values ​​with contemporary ones".

The official opening ceremony of the exhibition took place on October 8 at the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts (66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi).
