Cho Vam Commune Public Administration Service Center implements the model "2 wishes, 1 share"

On September 19, at the Public Administration Service Center, the People's Committee of Cho Vam Commune organized a ceremony to grant marriage certificates to the couple Sikes William Joseph (US nationality) and Le Thi No (residing in Phu Truong Hamlet, Cho Vam Commune) who voluntarily signed the marriage certificate in accordance with the law.

Representatives of the Public Administration Service Center presented certificates to Mr. Sikes Wiliam Joseph and Ms. Le Thi No.

The center's leadership representative personally presented the marriage certificate, sent congratulations, and wished the couple to build a cultured and progressive family together, contributing to the local development.

From July 2025 to present, implementing the 2-level government model, Cho Vam commune has maintained the model of "2 wishes, 1 share" (congratulations on marriage, congratulations on birth, condolences) at the Public Administration Service Center. As a result, 61 marriage certificates have been awarded, in which the couple Sikes William Joseph and Le Thi No are the first cases of marriage involving foreigners.

The Commune People's Committee requested to maintain this model to demonstrate transparency in administrative procedures and create more meaningful impressions for couples on their big day. This is also one of the activities to improve service quality, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of administrative reform.
