Specifically, each high school will be able to introduce up to 3 students from poor, near-poor, orphaned or especially difficult circumstances.

Students must have good conduct, good academic performance and high school graduation exam score from 18 points (from 19 points for Pharmacy).

According to a representative of Binh Duong University, this policy not only reduces the financial burden on families but also expands opportunities for students to study, practice and develop skills.

To maintain the scholarship, students need to achieve good academic and training results, and participate in scientific research, start-up activities, Youth Union and community movements.

"This is one of the practical activities to spread the spirit of humanity, creating conditions for poor but studious students to access knowledge, become quality human resources, and contribute to the country's development" - the school representative shared.
