Cuu Long University organizes national scientific conference on innovation in teaching and learning

In order to clarify the role and vitality of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in teaching and learning, on April 19, Cuu Long University organized a national scientific conference with the theme "Innovation in teaching and learning Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in Vietnamese universities today".

Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Distinguished Teacher Luong Minh Cu said that this workshop is part of a series of events celebrating the 25th anniversary of the school's establishment and development. Organizing this workshop is a matter of great significance in realizing the goals of the national education system, aiming at comprehensively developing Vietnamese people with ethics, knowledge, culture, health, aesthetics and profession; having qualities, abilities and civic consciousness; having patriotism, national spirit, loyalty to the ideals of national independence and socialism; promoting the potential and creativity of each individual; improving people's knowledge, developing human resources, nurturing talents, meeting the requirements of the cause of building, defending the Fatherland and international integration.

The conference received 195 articles from 230 authors who are scientists; leaders, lecturers of universities and colleges; National Academy of Politics; Communist Magazine; National Academy of Politics Region 2, National Academy of Politics Region 4; Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials...

The content of the articles revolves around the following issues: The role and vitality of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in today's era; innovation in teaching and learning Marxist-Leninist Science subjects; innovation in teaching Ho Chi Minh Thought.

At the workshop, there were 10 direct presentations and many practical and dedicated contributions from experts in the field of Marxist-Leninist science and Ho Chi Minh Thought, such as: Improving the quality of teaching Marxist-Leninist philosophy - Need for a new approach in the current context; innovating teaching and learning methods of Marxist-Leninist science and Ho Chi Minh Thought in an adaptive and creative direction...
