Following its establishment under Decision No. 106-TTr/DU of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio, and Television quickly consolidated its organization with 44 members and a provisional Executive Committee of 5 members. In the new context of organizational consolidation and adaptation to a multi-platform operating model, the Youth Union demonstrated initiative, unity, and dynamism in all aspects of its work.

Political and ideological education is regularly given attention through periodic meetings, thematic discussions, and movement activities. 100% of union members register to study and follow the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; actively participate in political activities and study the resolutions of the Party and the Youth Union, contributing to strengthening political resolve and enhancing the sense of responsibility and professional ethics of journalists.
Traditional education , showing gratitude and remembering the source of one's blessings, is also maintained through activities honoring martyrs, giving gifts to poor students and families entitled to preferential policies, helping union members to internalize the spirit of humanity and sharing.
Highlights of the past term include large-scale and meaningful charitable activities: the "Sharing Love - Supporting Children to School" program, which raised funds to support poor students in mountainous areas; the "Lighting Up Dreams" program, in coordination with medical units, brought sight to students in Quynh Luu; the "For Children in Mountainous Areas" activity in Thanh Hoa; and the "Library for Children" program in Quy Chau and Quy Hop... Through these practical actions, the Youth Union has made a strong impression with its spirit of "youth for the community".
Furthermore, the Youth Union members consistently play a pivotal role in professional work. Many young reporters are assigned to cover key news topics, proactively participating in the production of social and humanitarian programs such as "Dreams for Children," reports on digital transformation, rural development, and promoting exemplary individuals and good deeds. Several members have won high awards at provincial, sectoral, and national journalism competitions, contributing to affirming the capabilities of the young generation of journalists in Nghe An...

Despite the challenges posed by the nature of their profession, with many members frequently working far from home and limited time for group activities, the Youth Union, with a sense of responsibility, has maintained its vitality, creativity, and spread the spirit of solidarity and pioneering among the youth of the press agency.

Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Comrade Tran Minh Ngoc – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio & Television – acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of the youth union members over the past period. Despite being newly merged and operating under conditions of a large and unique workload, the Youth Union has contributed to affirming the position of the province's leading press and media agency, achieving many outstanding results. Many union members possess high-quality journalistic works and excellent programs, while effectively implementing emulation movements that bear the distinctive mark of youth – pioneering, dynamic, creative, and full of aspirations to contribute.

The Youth Union was also recognized for its active participation in community and charitable activities, its strong application of new technologies in digital transformation, and its contribution to spreading a positive image of the agency and journalists in Nghe An in the new era.
Comrade Tran Minh Ngoc suggested that in the next term, the Youth Union Executive Committee should continue to closely follow the Party Committee's direction, concretizing the policies of the higher-level Youth Union with practical programs and activities, linked to the specific characteristics of the journalism and media profession. Each member needs to be more assertive, overcome shyness, proactively propose new topics and works, work effectively in teams, and constantly study, train, and improve their political acumen and professional ethics.
The comrade emphasized that union members must be pioneers in digital transformation, adapt flexibly to change, strive to become digital citizens, and strictly adhere to the regulations and rules of the agency. The agency's leadership pledged to create the best possible conditions for union members to contribute and work together to build a stronger and more prosperous Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television.

He assessed that the Branch Youth Union had effectively promoted the spirit of solidarity and creativity, clearly demonstrating the pioneering role of young people in carrying out political tasks, while actively participating in volunteer activities and youth union movements of the bloc.

The Congress approved the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio, and Television for the first term, 2025-2027.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television consists of 5 members. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hang holds the position of Secretary of the Youth Union.
With the motto "Courage - Creativity - Unity - Development," the youth of Nghe An's newspapers, radio, and television are determined to continuously learn, train, and innovate, contributing to the development of their organizations and proving themselves worthy as a pioneering force in disseminating and spreading the positive values of their homeland, Nghe An.
