
Within the framework of the program, the City Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of the city, the City Young Entrepreneurs Association, and sponsoring units donated 200 gift packages to residents (including rice, instant noodles, blankets, and essential goods); 200 gift packages for children (including school supplies and warm clothes); 200 "Meals for Children"; and 250 warm jackets for children at kindergartens in A Vuong commune.
In addition, the program also donated 2 generators to the local community and border guard station; 2 televisions to the kindergarten and primary school in the commune; provided livelihood support to 4 young households affected by natural disasters; and many other support gifts with a total value of nearly 500 million VND.
The "Volunteer in Border Areas" program contributes to spreading the spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and sharing for the community, especially in the border communes that still face many difficulties, among the youth union members of Da Nang .

Mr. Nguyen Ba Duan, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Union in the city, shared: “Each volunteer activity today will contribute to bringing joy, warmth, and hope to the people before the New Year, and at the same time provide motivation for the local people and youth to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.”
The youth of Da Nang will continue to maintain and expand meaningful activities, joining hands to build an increasingly developed border commune.”

As part of the program, the delegation visited and laid flowers at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Dong Giang commune.
