The series of activities launching the 2023 Winter Volunteer Program - 2024 Spring Volunteer Program of Ha Tinh youth were organized in Huong Khe and Thach Ha districts with a total resource of over 420 million VND.
In response to the 2023 Winter Volunteer Program - 2024 Spring Volunteer Program, on December 2nd, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of the province jointly organized a series of social welfare activities in the districts of Huong Khe and Thach Ha. At Huong Thuy commune (Huong Khe district), launching the 2023 Winter Volunteer Program - 2024 Spring Volunteer Program, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, Nguyen Hoai Nam, urged all levels of the Youth Union and Youth Association throughout the province to promote the pioneering and volunteer spirit of "Where there is a need, the youth are there; whatever is difficult, the youth will overcome it," implementing many practical and meaningful activities, attracting a large number of union members and association members, and making an important contribution to the socio -economic development of the locality and unit.
The program presented 58 gifts to households in difficult circumstances affected by floods in Huong Thuy, Huong Giang, Dien My communes...
...with a total value of nearly 150 million VND.
The Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of the province also presented gifts to 100 households in Ha Linh commune (Huong Khe) with difficult circumstances affected by floods...
...and organized the decoration of murals and created a play and entertainment space for students at Ha Linh Kindergarten with a total resource value of 160 million VND.
In Thach Ha district, the program organized free motorcycle oil changes for 1,000 workers and local people...
...with a total value of 110 million VND.
