On July 19, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union said that, towards the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), the youth of Ha Tinh province have been simultaneously implementing many meaningful and practical activities to express deep gratitude to heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers and families with meritorious services to the revolution, contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism and noble ideals for the young generation.


Accordingly, in the past few days, the youth of Ha Tinh province have organized nearly 300 activities of "Repaying gratitude - Drinking water, remembering its source", attracting more than 10,000 union members and young people to participate. Notable activities include visiting and giving gifts to families with meritorious services, heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded soldiers, and people with meritorious services with a total value of more than 800 million VND.

In addition, many meaningful youth projects and tasks were carried out such as repairing and cleaning the grounds of martyr cemeteries, decorating graves, decorating memorial areas; providing free medical examinations and medicine to people with meritorious services and families with preferential policies; organizing trips to the source, educating about traditions at red addresses; organizing meaningful meals for relatives of heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, heroic Vietnamese mothers, former youth volunteers, families with preferential policies, etc.


With deep gratitude and meaningful, practical actions, the youth of Ha Tinh province are continuing the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree" of the nation, contributing to spreading good values and the image of union members and young people full of emotion and responsibility in the new era.
