On the afternoon of August 10, the 25th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Western University of Construction, term 2024-2027, was successfully held.

During the past term, the school's union work and youth movement continued to be innovated in terms of content and methods of operation, attracting a large number of union members and students to participate. Thereby, many high results were achieved, with 10/10 targets of the resolution being exceeded and achieved.
Notably, the Creative Youth movement has had 38 scientific research topics carried out by union members, students and young lecturers. Actively volunteering for community life, it has designed, built and repaired 2 houses; supported upgrading and repairing 4 rural traffic routes, lighting up rural roads; mobilized over 1,000 union members and young people to donate blood. Through the movements, over 300 students have achieved "5 Good Students"; over 180 advanced young people follow Uncle Ho's teachings...
With the slogan: "Youth of the Western University of Construction - Pioneers - Solidarity - Creativity, Integration", the congress voted to pass 10 basic targets for the new term, with the goal of contributing to building union members and young people with revolutionary ideals, patriotism, humanity, loyalty, honesty, pioneering, exemplary, united, diligent, creative; encouraging union members and young people to compete in studying, starting a business, working creatively, mastering modern science and technology; promoting the spirit of volunteering, being proactive, and creativity in international integration, digital transformation...

The congress elected 17 members of the school's Youth Union Executive Committee for the new term; directly elected the school's Youth Union Secretary. Mr. Huynh Phan Khanh Binh was elected as the Youth Union Secretary of the Western University of Construction for the 2024-2027 term.
