Returning to the training session of the Vietnamese women's team, currently, the whole team is in good spirits and the amount of exercise has been adjusted gently to ensure physical condition. Coach Mai Duc Chung currently has a full force in his hands.

SEA Games 33 marks the fifth consecutive time that the Vietnamese women's team has embarked on a journey to defend its gold medal. The stability of the squad is an important factor, and the good news of Thai Thi Thao's minor injury has helped the whole team feel more confident before the match.

The match between the Vietnamese women's team and Malaysia will take place at 6 p.m. on December 5 at Chonburi Stadium. Coach Mai Duc Chung affirmed: "Some senior players are old or injured and cannot participate, typically Chuong Thi Kieu. However, we have an alternative plan. Although the team's strength may be reduced a bit, the team's spirit and determination remain the same."
