The rate of administrative procedures in Dong Da ward resolved on time reached 98.77%.

On December 4, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward held a Conference to contribute opinions and social criticism on the draft Report on the results of implementing the tasks of socio- economic development, national security and defense in the ward in 2025; the socio-economic development plan and national security and defense in 2026 of the Ward People's Committee; and supervise the implementation of administrative reform in Dong Da Ward when implementing 2-level local government.

The draft report on the 2025 work results of Dong Da ward shows stability and positive development after the ward operates a two-tier local government model. The ward's economy has achieved a stable growth rate. Political security, order and social safety are maintained.

Urban management, construction order, and environmental sanitation have had positive changes, and some long-standing problems have been focused on and resolved. The ward has also seriously handled violations of urban order and environmental sanitation, and built the movement "Bright - green - clean - beautiful". Social security, care for people with meritorious services, and disadvantaged households have been fully and promptly implemented.

Regarding the direction for 2026, Dong Da ward aims to build a model urban area of "Cultural - Civilized - Modern", striving for GRDP growth of 10.5% and GRDP/person of 196 million VND; at the same time, promoting growth of trade and services, improving social security and quality of education and health; continuing digital transformation to build a smart ward, speeding up disbursement of public investment capital and improving the quality of staff...

The report on administrative reform work of Dong Da ward in 2025 has achieved positive results. Up to now, the ward has completed 23/26 administrative reform implementation tasks, reaching a rate of 88.46%.

The rate of administrative procedures resolved on time reached 98.77% (11,330/11,470 records), of which 11,236 records were resolved before the deadline. The ward also resolved 100% of the feedback and recommendations on administrative procedure regulations.

At the conference, many opinions were contributed and criticized on the Draft Report on socio-economic development results in 2025 and socio-economic development tasks in 2026 as well as administrative reform work in the ward.

The opinions were unanimous and highly appreciated that the report was carefully prepared and had a clear layout. The report clearly pointed out the results achieved, the data system was rich and updated, reflecting the large amount of work after implementing the two-level local government model.

Speaking at the reception, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward Tran Thi Minh Xuan and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Da Ward Nguyen Trong Hai affirmed that the Fatherland Front and the People's Committee of the ward will seriously study and fully absorb all valid opinions, clearly identify the roadmap and specific solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations, supplement and perfect the targets and tasks to suit reality.

The draft report, once completed, will be submitted to the Ward People's Council for consideration and approval, contributing to building a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" Dong Da Ward government, serving the people better and better.
