The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to hear a report on the preparations for organizing the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Golf Tournament 2023.

On November 15th, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to hear reports on the preparations for organizing the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Golf Tournament 2023. Leaders from relevant departments, agencies, localities, and units attended the meeting.

According to the plan, the 2023 Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Golf Tournament will take place on November 18, 2023, at Anara Binh Tien Golf Course (Binh Tien village, Cong Hai commune, Thuan Bac district); competition will be held in two categories: Men's Individual and Women's Individual (with handicap), the format will be 18 holes stroke play and scoring will be based on the Handicap System 36. To date, 139 golfers have registered to compete; preparation of the course, facilities, funding, and related conditions for organizing the tournament and the opening and closing ceremonies... are being implemented according to the planned schedule.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to inspect and complete the necessary infrastructure for organizing the tournament; implement visual promotional decorations along the routes and areas where the tournament will be held; and develop the program. At the same time, they were asked to finalize the official list of registered golfers, ensuring the successful organization of the competition; and to continue soliciting sponsorships, focusing on prize money and accommodation support for golfers during their participation in the tournament in the province.
