Application of technology and artificial intelligence in popularizing and educating traffic safety laws

(PLVN) On the morning of November 10, in Ho Chi Minh City, the launching ceremony of the online contest "Learning about traffic order and safety laws" took place. This is a practical activity in response to "Vietnam Law Day" (November 9), and at the same time marks the beginning of a series of programs to propagate, disseminate and educate about traffic order and safety laws in 2025 nationwide.

The event was organized by Cong Ly Newspaper in coordination with the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Safety Committee, the People's Police Academy and the Southern Center for Education and Training Development - Office of the Ministry of Education and Training .

Mr. Le Thang Loi - Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development (under the Ministry of Education and Training) delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Thang Loi - Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development said: Educating awareness and forming a culture of safe traffic for the younger generation is a regular, continuous task and needs to be innovated in approach, especially in the current digital technology context. This online contest is a lively, creative form, helping students approach legal knowledge in a proactive, attractive way, suitable for the digital age and age. "I believe that from each question, each situation in the contest, students will understand more, love more and proactively build a safe and friendly traffic environment," said Mr. Loi.

Organizing the Competitions is a practical activity to innovate the form of propaganda, dissemination and education of traffic safety laws in the digital transformation period; contributing to raising awareness, forming a sense of self-consciousness in complying with the law and building a culture of safe and civilized traffic in the whole society.

Through the modern and accessible online exam format, the Organizing Committee hopes to create a useful playground, spreading the spirit of "Understanding the law for safety - Living responsibly", helping students and people proactively learn and apply legal regulations into daily traffic practice.

The online Contests "Learning about traffic order and safety laws" are designed with a friendly interface, easy to access on devices with internet connection. In particular, with the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the scoring, statistics and data analysis stages, contestants can rest assured that the Contests are completely fair, transparent and objective".

The Organizing Committee added that it is expected that by the end of November 2025, Cong Ly Newspaper will coordinate with relevant units to organize 2 media events from the "Mock Trial" model document set and 2 training conferences to improve communication capacity on ensuring traffic order and safety. This activity demonstrates the initiative, creativity and determination to innovate the method of disseminating and educating the law of Cong Ly Newspaper and coordinating units, aiming to build a safe and civilized traffic environment, with people at the center of the process of approaching and enforcing the law.

After the Launching Ceremony, 4 Contests will take place simultaneously from November 15, 2025 to November 23, 2025, organized entirely on a digital platform.
