In his opening speech, Deputy Chairman of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee Nguyen Minh Duc stated that in preparation for the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, at this Session, the Committee will examine the Report on the implementation of national defense tasks in 2025 and the Report on the political security and social order situation in 2025; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

With a serious and responsible working spirit, the Vice Chairman of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee requested that delegates actively and frankly give their opinions on the Reports and Submissions, and the content of the draft Law so that the Committee has more basis to complete the Verification Report, and submit it to the National Assembly at the upcoming 10th Session with the highest quality.
