On October 17, at the national shooting range region 1 ( Bac Giang ), the Air Defense - Air Force began organizing a tactical exercise with live ammunition for the air defense force in 2024, with the participation of missile troops and air defense artillery.

The tactical exercise with live fire of air defense forces aims to comprehensively inspect and evaluate the training and combat readiness of air defense units, the quality of weapons, equipment and technical support.

The exercise also aims to improve the command organization level, combat capabilities, combat operations of each officer, soldier and coordination of combat crews, especially at night and in complex situations... From there, draw experience, organize training for troops close to reality and the development direction of modern warfare in the following years.

In order for the exercise to take place as planned, achieving the set goals and requirements, the Air Defense - Air Force Service and the units participating in the exercise have done a good job of preparation, from maneuvering and calibrating equipment, preparing for combat; practicing target capture; coordinating with localities to ensure safety during shooting; and completing all preparations for live-fire practice at the TB1 shooting range.

Along with that, the Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee of the exercise of the Service have fully prepared the contents to conduct the exercise scientifically and strictly, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

In the afternoon of the same day, the troops conducted some live-fire exercises in the exercise plan.
