While the smartphone market is increasingly focused on technology and AI (artificial intelligence), Vertu remains true to its philosophy of "luxury in the details." The Agent Q model marks a strong comeback for the British brand, combining sophisticated mechanical design, handcrafted leatherwork, and a four-layer security system.

The design of the Agent Q model

Inspired by the Gyrfalcon – a symbol of power in the northern skies – the Vertu Agent Q is designed with a SIM tray that mimics the shape of a falcon's wing, opening with an exquisite hinge mechanism that meets Swiss watchmaking standards. The "click" sound each time it's operated becomes a signature Vertu signature, a testament to the absolute precision of over 320 steel components assembled by hand in England.
The Agent Q's stainless steel frame can withstand up to 150 kg of weight, combined with 19 gold-plated components and a ceramic cushion fired at 1200°C, creating a firm yet warm grip. Furthermore, the natural Ruby key is retained, acting as a "gateway" connecting users to the global Concierge and AIGS Agent system, operating 24/7.
Masterpiece of craftsmanship: seamless leather and saddle stitching.
The Agent Q's body is wrapped in French calfskin, American alligator leather, or South African ostrich leather, employing a seamless 180° shaping technique – a process perfected by Vertu after thousands of hours of testing. Each stitch is done using traditional saddle-stitching techniques, providing a soft and distinctive feel in the hand.

Over time, the leather surface develops a natural patina, creating a unique sheen for each owner. This is also one of the factors that makes each Vertu phone a one-of-a-kind item, its value increasing proportionally with the length of ownership.
Security and performance technology
Building on a legacy spanning over two decades, Vertu continues to place security at the heart of Agent Q. The four-layer security system includes military -grade encryption chips, three separate data spaces, distributed storage, and an end-to-end encryption suite. Personal data, digital assets, and communications are all protected in an independent space, isolated from any public platforms.
In terms of performance, the device features a 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Supreme processor, 16GB of RAM, 512GB or 1TB of storage, and a 6.02-inch 120Hz AMOLED display. The camera system, inspired by classic 35mm lenses, includes a 50MP main camera, a 64MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens, supporting 30 color profiles developed in collaboration with Leica, Fujifilm, and Sony, helping to preserve the characteristic "classic film" feel of the images.

The Vertu Agent Q will also soon be available for sale in Vietnam.

In Vietnam, customers have been able to pre-order the Vertu Agent Q Jade White, Harrods Edition, Oxford Red, Knight Black, and Navy Blue from October 16, 2025, at Vertu Vietnam – the sole distributor and retailer of Vertu England. Delivery times vary depending on the level of customization, materials, and finishing, and can range from a few weeks to several months. Suggested versions for customers to choose from, such as the Vertu Agent Q Jade White, Harrods Edition, Oxford Red, Knight Black, and Navy Blue, are available, with prices ranging from 160 million VND to billions of VND depending on the version.
Given the high demand for the new product line, Vertu recommends that customers only pre-order at the Vertu Vietnam flagship store to ensure their rights and authenticity. Products purchased outside the official system will not be covered by Vertu's global warranty and will not have an IMEI number in the Vertu OS security network.
