Vietnam International Bank (VIB ) announced the launch of a personalized card design feature, powered by generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) technology from Fiza x Zalo AI.
This is the bank's next breakthrough on its journey to becoming a leader in personalized user experience, giving customers the opportunity to express their style and individuality through images printed on their credit cards.

From now until October 31st, all new and existing VIB credit card holders have the opportunity to experience the personalized card design feature completely free of charge.

VIB has strongly promoted the trend of credit card personalization with its Super Card series, allowing customers to choose features ranging from reward points, cashback, preferential spending categories, to card number, statement date, and minimum payment amount for their own card. This flexibility has created a turning point in how users access and use credit cards in Vietnam.
Subsequently, the bank expanded the application of features allowing users to select statement dates, minimum payment amounts, automatic payment amounts, and adjust transaction limits directly on the MyVIB app for all credit card holders. Cash Back and Family Link cardholders can also select and adjust their cashback categories.

From 2018 to 2023, customer spending through the bank's credit cards grew more than elevenfold, reaching a total spending milestone of US$4 billion in 2023, placing it among the top market share holders of Mastercard in Vietnam. VIB also received a series of awards such as "First Bank to Apply AR Technology to Credit Cards in Vietnam" from Visa and "Breakthrough in Credit Card Digitalization" from Mastercard.
