This is both an opportunity to spread the message about environmental protection to a wider community and a chance for people to gain a clearer understanding of the current state of the environment.

In Hanoi, nearly 200 volunteers participated in the event along Pham Hung Street (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).

Upon joining, volunteers received training on waste sorting and safety guidelines for waste collection. Volunteers in the Hanoi area were quite diverse in age, ranging from young children to students and even older adults.

Mr. Nghiem Xuan Son - representative of Let's Do It Vietnam, the organizing unit, shared: "Let's Do It Vietnam calls on agencies, ministries, organizations, and individuals to join hands and contribute to ending the current waste problem."

Let's start sorting waste at home, school, and work. Every small action we take contributes to creating a friendly, civilized, and waste-free Hanoi."
