Chinese Premier Li Qiang is making his first official visit to Vietnam in his new capacity. This is also the first visit by a Chinese Premier to Vietnam in 11 years.
At noon on October 13th, at the Government headquarters, immediately after the talks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation documents between the two countries. Ten cooperation documents were exchanged in the presence of the two Prime Ministers.
