Vietcombank - the bank with the best working environment in Vietnam for the 9th consecutive time

Anphabe has officially announced the results of the 2024 Vietnam 100 Best Workplaces Ranking; in which, Vietcombank has been rated as the bank with the best working environment in Vietnam for the 9th consecutive time. According to the representative of the award's Organizing Committee, the survey and announcement of the list of 100 best workplaces in Vietnam is not only an annual activity but also an important measure to evaluate the attractiveness of the employer brand. This list is built on 5 stages that have attracted talent, including: Recognition, interest, application, desire and priority selection. Important criteria for the ideal working environment are also formed from the opinions and actual expectations of employees at businesses. From there, the Organizing Committee provides the ranking results in a transparent and comprehensive manner, helping businesses shape their human resource development strategies.

The program not only aims to recognize the proud achievements of businesses but also acts as a driving force for units to continuously improve the quality of the working environment. According to the results just announced, Vietcombank has excellently led the list of 100 best workplaces in the banking sector. This information is compiled from the votes of 65,000 experienced workers nationwide, evaluating more than 700 prestigious businesses in 18 key industries. Not stopping there, this year's survey also expanded, conducting in-depth interviews with 253 CEOs and HR Directors, helping businesses measure their strengths and weaknesses, as well as improve their talent attraction and retention strategies. With the motto of putting employees at the center, over the years, Vietcombank has continuously strived to take care of the lives of its officers and employees, affirming its position in the top enterprises with the most attractive working environment. The bank has implemented a series of comprehensive training and development solutions, focusing on building a flexible mindset and working style (Agile) throughout the organization. Anphabe's survey results show that the Vietnamese economy is currently showing many positive signs. Specifically, 33% of businesses have planned to expand their workforce to meet increased production needs. Thanks to the economic recovery, 60% of workers have had their salaries adjusted this year, compared to only 15% last year. In addition, up to 49% of workers feel satisfied and happy with their current jobs. This means that one in two workers feel satisfied with their jobs, indicating a positive outlook for the job market.
