Vietcombank urgently announces cash transaction time in Hanoi

(NLDO) – This bank adjusted the cash transaction time of some transaction offices in the Hanoi area on August 21, 27 and 29.

Based on the announcement from the Hanoi City Police regarding the traffic restrictions in Hanoi during August 2025, to facilitate traffic flow for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, the Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank ( Vietcombank ) announced that it will adjust cash transaction hours at some branches in Hanoi.

Specifically, cash transactions at the counter will stop at 9:30 AM on August 21st. On August 27th and 29th, cash transactions will stop at 2:30 PM.

List of Vietcombank branches that have adjusted their cash transaction hours at the counter.

Vietcombank branches not included in the list of branches with adjusted cash transaction hours will operate normally. ATMs and other transactions at branches with adjusted cash transaction hours will continue to serve customers.

For convenience and to avoid transaction disruptions, Vietcombank recommends that customers use digital transaction channels.
