Vingroup Corporation in Hanoi has just received approval from the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for the investment plan to build the Thong Nhat cinema at 28 Ho Chi Minh Avenue, Tran Phu ward (Hai Duong city).

The Thong Nhat Cinema is a four-story building constructed on an area of ​​457.2 m2 with a total floor area of ​​approximately 1,730 m2. The project has a total investment of nearly 18 billion VND from the legal capital of Vingroup Corporation, with implementation scheduled for 2024-2025.

This project aims to improve cultural institutions to meet the entertainment and cultural needs of the people, combined with promoting the province's political objectives.

The land for the project has been cleared and fenced off with corrugated iron.

According to the Hai Duong City People's Committee, the land for this project has now been cleared. On November 1st, the Hai Duong City People's Committee agreed to the plan for connecting the rainwater and wastewater drainage infrastructure as proposed by Vingroup Corporation to implement the Thong Nhat cinema project.
