
The contest took place from October 4 to November 21 with the participation of more than 10,290 candidates from 425 units including departments, branches, People's Committees at commune level, universities, colleges and educational institutions in the province.
Candidates take the exam online using the multiple choice software at the website: https://hoithi.vinhlong.gov.vn. Each exam lasts 30 minutes with 25 questions randomly arranged from a set of 100 questions.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 18 collective prizes including 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes. The first collective prize belonged to Vinh Long College. At the same time, 28 individual prizes were awarded, including 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes.
The contest contributes to strengthening the propaganda of the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws on administrative reform and the situation and results of the implementation of local governments at two levels in the province. At the same time, it propagates the leadership role and responsibility of Party committees and heads of agencies in the task of implementing administrative reform, taking the interests and satisfaction of the people as a measure of work efficiency.

The contest is not only a useful playground to help raise awareness and foster knowledge about administrative reform and digital transformation, but also an opportunity for groups and individuals to exchange and share experiences, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation and improving the quality of service to people and businesses.
